Artem Alexanyan – Pianist
Artem Alexanyan has established himself as one of America’s most promising young pianists, earning recognition through acclaimed performances in solo recitals and as a soloist with orchestras. Throughout his career, he has performed a wide range of piano concertos by composers such as Chopin, Beethoven, Saint-Saëns, and Rachmaninoff with ensembles including the Nevada Chamber Orchestra, Henderson Symphony Orchestra, and Las Vegas Philharmonic. His exceptional talent has been recognized through several concerto competition victories, leading to multiple high-profile performances with the Las Vegas Philharmonic at the Smith Center.


When he was 18, Alexanyan joined the prestigious piano studio of Stanislav Loudenitch, a Van Cliburn Competition Gold Medalist, at the International Center for Music (ICM) at Park University. Committed to deepening his musical studies, he has participated in several prestigious festivals, including the International Piano Academy in Lake Como, Italy, in 2011. In 2013, he performed at the Cooper Laureate Concert, part of the inaugural Thomas & Evon Cooper International Festival, collaborating with the Oberlin piano faculty and recording at Clonick Studio. That summer, he received a full scholarship to attend the International Keyboard Institute and Festival (IKIF) at the Mannes School of Music in New York.
Alongside his performance career, Alexanyan is deeply passionate about teaching. Since high school, he has been dedicated to pedagogy, and his students have earned awards in competitions such as Legacy and the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) State Division. He continues to refine his artistry studying with Ukrainian-American pianist Mykola Suk, celebrated Liszt specialist and Gold Medalist of the International Liszt-Bartók Competition
